This Town Has a Hidden Gem, and It's Got a Pool
If you've driven down W Grand River and noticed the construction going on, here's the good news: the Highlander Aquatic and Fitness Center isn't slowing down, it's growing up. The center is currently adding on to the building to create what they're calling a very impressive community center. Pardon their dust, because the payoff is going to be worth it. howellschools
So what's actually happening inside while the walls go up? A lot more than you might think. This isn't just a lap pool tucked behind the high school. The center offers open swim, lap swim, youth and private swim lessons, and even Infant Swimming Resource (ISR) classes for the littlest ones. On the fitness side, there's group cycling, yoga, water aerobics, Jazzercise, and Aqua Zumba, plus birthday parties and special events if you're looking to celebrate something. howellschoolshowellschools
Here's a detail worth flagging for the folks who think a gym membership isn't in the cards. The center is a proud partner of Silver Sneakers, Renew Active, and OnePass, which means your insurance might already cover your access. If you're not sure whether you qualify, a quick call to your insurance company is the way to find out. howellschoolshowellschools

Bad news is good business. Not everyone buys it.
Markets move. Headlines catastrophize. But somewhere inside the noise is the story that matters — the opportunity, not the fear.
The Daily Upside was built by Wall Street insiders to find it — global business and finance, reported without the alarm.
